Hi @BWC , i ran into the mandrillapp.com blocking. With an URL Protected Link. So it was encrypted and i didn´t see where the target goes. My Problem was caused by the activated DNS Sinkhole in the Firewall. Put in the whitelist and is was good for now... --Thomas

@jtpryan please check the DNS used in the Firewall as you mentioned you changed the Server on the LAN

@Larry I can still hear the full-bodied product advertisements. I "only" have six devices at customers and another 5 in stock. @Larry I have now decided to close my eyes and go through with it. Upgraded 4 active SW224 on 2 customers. Luckily they came straight back online to the Portal. But we´´see tomorrow. I filled up my car with gasoline ;-) Patch 9.2.3.7_8 --Thomas

@David W that's already a good strategy, because I / we are always surprised. Then you start turning the whole thing inside out to find a mistake. Ultimately, the HES remains and you then have to confess that (again) to the customer. Thanks, Thomas

@DavidNorman update the tz300 to the latest firmware version. Than export the config. Put this in the migration portal. And choose the right target firmware 7.0 or 7.0.1 in the Dropdown field. Confirm you first put the latest firmware on the TZ270 which adresses the right migrated version before importing the new config…

@mrshahin you need to read the logs and find out what is causing this much entries. But email isnt the best thing becuase your postbox may run full with garbage.
